Posted text: “[PA] President #Mahmoud_Abbas calls the father of Ma..rtyr (the “..” is apparently an attempt to bypass Facebook’s algorithm which may flag such words –Ed.) Ali Abu Alia, who died from the occupation’s bullets in Al-Mughayyir village near Ramallah (sic., the Israeli army reported that no live ammunition was used against the rioters while dispersing the violent riots that Ali Abu Alia was participating in; see note below).”

Video:

PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas: “This child is our child, Allah’s mercy upon him… I say to you by phone – they (I.e., Israeli forces) are dogs, they are dogs.”

Father of Ali Abu Alia: “Allah Master of the Universe be praised, Allah Master of the Universe be praised. He is not the first Martyr and also not the last, Allah be praised, Allah be praised.”

Mahmoud Abbas: “True, true.”

Father: “For the sake of the homeland, for the sake of Palestine, for the sake of the Al-Aqsa Mosque.”

Mahmoud Abbas: “Be well, be well.”

Father: “Allah be praised, Allah Master of the Universe be praised.”

Thirteen-year-old Palestinian Ali Abu Alia died after being shot in the stomach while participating in violent riots near Ramallah on Dec. 4, 2020. The rioters threw rocks at Israeli soldiers and attempted to roll large boulders and burning tires on Israeli cars passing on the road below them. The Israeli army reported that no live ammunition was used against the rioters while dispersing them.
