Official PA TV News, on the mourners’ tent for terror suspect Rafiq Ghannam, who resisted arrest and was killed by Israeli security forces on July 6, 2022, in Jaba’ near Jenin
Official PA TV reporter: “Good evening to you and to our viewers. We are now in the mourners’ tent- in the tent of blessings, as the Martyr’s family preferred that we call it, in the tent of blessings of Martyr Rafiq Ghannam.”
An interview is shown with Rafiq Ghannam’s uncle, released terrorist prisoner Hani Ghannam, who served 18 years in prison for being a member of the Al-Aqsa Martyrs’ Brigade (Fatah’s military wing) and participating in attacks against Israelis, before being released in 2019.
Released terrorist prisoner Hani Ghannam: “As you noted a moment ago in the opening, this is not a mourners’ tent for the Martyr, but rather a tent of blessings for the Martyr.”
