PA TV distorts Israeli news item on withdrawal from Lebanon

Official PA TV program From the Israeli Archive, an Israeli news item in Hebrew about the Israeli army’s withdrawal from Lebanon in 2000 is played and explained in Arabic by official PA TV host Nasser Al-Lahham 

Official PA TV host Nasser Al-Lahham:“I say to you, just as Israel withdrew and just as the Zionist occupation withdrew from Lebanon, and just as the Zionist occupation withdrew from the Sinai Peninsula, and just as the Zionist occupation withdrew from Jordan, and just as the Zionist occupation withdrew from the Gaza Strip, and just as it withdrew from Area A in the West Bank (i.e., land under PA administration according to the Oslo Accords), they will withdraw from Jerusalem and they will withdraw from Palestine. Whoever does not believe it, let them watch the next episode…

Former Communications Unit Commander in Lebanon Israeli Brig. Gen. (res.)
