The [PA] Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates said: ‘The agreement that Kosovo signed with Israel, the occupying power in the Palestinian territories, disappoints and contradicts expectations, especially because Kosovo is attempting to take a place among the independent states. It is supposed to and is expected to uphold the decisions of the international institutions and international law as they are stated, in order to prove that it is worthy as a state demonstrating its commitment to the decisions of the international institutions, and thus to draw the attention of the world’s states to its demands.’”
