Al-Ahmad, Tirawi and Abu Yusuf “expressed condolonces to the families of the four Matyrs in Jenin”

“PLO Executive Committee member and Fatah Movement Central Committee member Azzam Al-Ahmad, Fatah Central Committee member [and Fatah Commissioner of Popular Organizations] Tawfiq Tirawi, and PLO Executive Committee member [and Palestinian Liberation Front Secretary-General] Wasel Abu Yusuf expressed condolences to the families of the four Martyrs in Jenin (refers to terrorists killed in a shootout with Israeli forces; see note below -Ed.)…

While expressing condolences to the families of the Martyrs who were executed on Thursday (sic., killed in a shootout on Wednesday) [Sept. 28, 2022], Al-Ahmad said… that our people is proving with its constant sacrifice and struggle that it is a people that loves freedom…

He added that it is our people’s right to resist the occupation’s crimes with all possible means (i.e., term used by Palestinians, which also refers to the use of violence and terror), which are anchored in all the international agreements and conventions. He praised the struggle and sacrifice of the Jenin district residents.”

PLO Executive Committee member Azzam Al-Ahmad who spoke on official PA TV also serves as head of the PLO Department of Arab and Parliamentary Affairs, Fatah Central Committee member, Fatah Commissioner of National Relations, and Fatah Commissioner for Relations with Lebanon.

The terms “all means,” “all means of resistance,” “all forms,” are ‎used by PA leaders to include using all types of violence, including deadly terror ‎against Israeli civilians such as stabbings and shootings, as well as throwing rocks and Molotov Cocktails.
