PA official lauds 19-year-old’s death as a Martyr: “All respect goes to him”

Special broadcast on the deaths of terrorists Ahmed Daraghmeh and Mahmoud Al-Sous who attacked Israeli soldiers

Tubas District Governor Younes Al-‘As: “A large crowd from all the people of Tubas came to pay respects to this young person Ahmed Muhammad Abu Muhsin [Daraghmeh] (i.e., terrorist, shot at Israeli soldiers). This young Martyr is a Martyr of Palestine, a Martyr of Tubas… All respect goes to him, and as Allah said: ‘And never think of those who have been killed in the cause of Allah as dead. Rather, they are alive with their Lord, receiving provision’ [Quran 3:169]… All respect goes to the Martyr’s family and all respect goes to all the people of Tubas... They are prepared to give for this revolution… With Allah’s help the Palestinian struggle will continue with its various forms until reaching the main and central goal, which is liberating the Palestinian homeland and establishing a Palestinian state whose capital is Jerusalem.”

Ahmed Daraghmeh and Mahmoud Al-Sous – Palestinian terrorists aged 19 and 18 respectively who attacked Israeli forces in Jenin on Oct. 8, 2022. Daraghmeh shot at the forces while Al-Sous threw explosives at them, and the soldiers shot and killed them in self-defense. The Israeli forces were in Jenin arresting Islamic Jihad terrorist Salah Abu Zeneh, 25, who was responsible for a recent shooting attack on Israeli soldiers, as well as three other wanted terrorists. One soldier was lightly wounded in the incident.

The terms “all means,” “all means of resistance,” “all forms,” are ‎used by PA leaders to include using all types of violence, including deadly terror ‎against Israeli civilians such as stabbings and shootings, as well as throwing rocks and Molotov Cocktails.
