Posted text: “The [Palestinian] National and Islamic Forces in the district of Jerusalem, Palestine’s eternal capital, eulogized heroic commander Martyr Uday Al-Tamimi (i.e., terrorist, murdered 1), who ascended to Heaven as a Martyr while confronting the occupation soldiers and settler herds (sic., he died after shooting at Israeli security guards and wounding 1) crouching on our land and our capital, who are harming its history and its holy sites, causing our people to taste the suffering of torture at the checkpoints of humiliation, and desecrating our holy sites and our villages…

Palestinian National and Islamic Forces - an unaffiliated coordinating body comprised of representatives from factions in the PLO and outside the PLO. The Palestinian National and Islamic Forces were established in 2000 shortly after the start of the PA terror campaign (the second Intifada, 2000-2005), under the authorization of Yasser Arafat and the leadership of terrorist Marwan Barghouti. During the PA terror campaign it played an active role in coordinating political efforts and terror attacks against Israel, but since the end of the campaign it has been less significant and its activity is primarily centered in Gaza.
Uday Al-Tamimi - 22-year-old Palestinian terrorist who shot and murdered 18-year-old female Israeli soldier Sgt. Noa Lazar and wounded an Israeli security guard at the Shuafat checkpoint in northern Jerusalem on Oct. 8, 2022. Al-Tamimi managed to escape and later shot and wounded an Israeli security guard at the entrance to Ma’ale Adumim east of Jerusalem on Oct. 19, 2022, before other guards at the scene shot and killed him.
