Jenin Regional Command awards plaques of honor to terrorist prisoners released in Shalit deal

At the end of the ceremony, which was held at the Muqqata, plaques of honor were awarded to the released prisoners.

Note: According to the Israel Prison Service’s list:
Aref Al-Fakhuri was given a 28-year sentence for attempted murder, kidnapping/coercion.
Samar Al-Mahroum was given a life sentence for murder.
Muhammad Obeid was being held as a detainee until the end of proceedings on counts of murder, military training, attempted murder, and conspiracy to commit a crime.
