PLO Executive Committee member “expressed condolences” to the Al-Tamimi family

“Yesterday evening [Oct. 22, 2022], PLO Executive Committee member and Fatah Central Committee member Azzam Al-Ahmad expressed… condolences over the death as a Martyr of Uday Al-Tamimi (i.e., terrorist, murdered 1) from the Shuafat refugee camp in occupied Jerusalem, in the mourners’ tent launched by the Fatah Movement branch at its headquarters in Jenin…

Al-Ahmad said that through its constant sacrifices and struggle, our people has proven that it is a people that loves freedom, until establishing its independent state. He added that Fatah set out to liberate Palestine and express the people’s desire for freedom, independence, emptying the prisons, and realizing all our legitimate rights.

The article includes a picture of PLO Executive Committee member Azzam Al-Ahmad at the Fatah mourners’ tent for terrorist Uday Al-Tamimi in Jenin. In the background is a poster featuring Al-Tamimi with the Dome of the Rock in the background, and in the upper right is PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas and the Fatah logo that includes a grenade, crossed rifles, and the PA map of “Palestine” that presents all of Israel together with the PA areas as “Palestine.” The following sentences can be seen on the poster: “Fatah accompanies to his wedding (i.e., Martyr's funeral is considered wedding to the 72 Virgins in Paradise in Islam),” “the Al-Aqsa Martyrs’ Brigades (i.e., Fatah’s military wing),” and “heroic Martyr” who “ascended to Heaven while resisting and charging forward and not fleeing.”
