The Abu Hmeid family has five prisoners [serving] life sentences…This impressive and strong mother [Um Nasser Abu Hmeid] embodies the mother of the Martyrs, prisoners, and wounded, the Khansa of Palestine, with her resolve and fierce will. We need to honor this mother of whom we are proud - the Palestinian people, the Arab world, and the free world.”
