Former prisoner compares Israel to the Nazis in its treatment of prisoners

"Released prisoner and expert on prisoner affairs, Abd Al-Nasser Farawneh… emphasized that all the prisons and detention camps… are identical in terms of their essence and significance… He added, 'As to the detention camps… they resemble the detention camps during the era of Nazism, along with the oppression and humiliation invented by the Israeli mentality.' This [Israel] learned from Nazi, Irish and American experience in everything related to violation of the prisoner's human rights: poor detention and nutrition conditions, medical negligence, cruel treatment, withholding [of rights], and other violations – to the point where the notorious Israeli prisons have become the worst in the world in terms of oppression and tyranny."
