16-year-old terrorist’s will and testament

“Fedayeen” (i.e., “self-sacrificing fighters”), a social media channel affiliated with Fatah, posted an image on its Twitter account and Telegram channel

The image shows a picture of terrorist Adam Ayyad, who threw a firebomb at Israeli soldiers, and a last will written by him.

Text of will: “‘And kill them wherever you find them’ [Quran 2:191, Sahih International translation]

In the name of All Merciful Allah

My will: O Allah, [grant us] resolve, victory, and Martyrdom

I wanted to do many things, but we are in a land where it is impossible to realize dreams, and I am very happy that the Master of the Universe has realized one of my dreams for me, and it is Martyrdom. I say to you all that Martyrdom is not just death, Martyrdom is pride for yourself and pride for the entire world, Martyrdom is victory.

It is true that your life ends, but it ends when you are happy, and I want to convey my message to the entire world, as [Ibrahim] Al-Nabulsi (i.e., terrorist, shot at Israeli soldiers) said (I want all the people to wake up) [parentheses in source], and I tell you: Set your compass and direct it against the occupation. I hope that the Master of the Universe will receive me with the Martyrs. I hope that the Master of the Universe will end the spies (i.e., presumably he means Palestinian collaborators with Israel –Ed.), and I hope that you will forgive me and not forget me. I don’t want to say goodbye to you, I want to tell you we will meet in Paradise.

The Living Martyr: Adam Ayyad

Adam Ayyad – 16-year-old Palestinian terrorist who threw a firebomb at Israeli soldiers conducting counter-terror operations in the Deheisheh refugee camp in Bethlehem, on Jan. 3, 2023. The soldiers returned fire, killing Ayyad.

Ibrahim Al-Nabulsi – Palestinian terrorist and member of the Al-Aqsa Martyrs’ Brigades (Fatah’s military wing) who was responsible for a series of shooting attacks targeting Israeli soldiers. Al-Nabulsi resisted arrest and shot at Israeli soldiers who returned fire and killed him in Nablus on Aug. 9, 2022. Al-Nabulsi was a member of a Fatah terror cell that was attacked while planning an imminent attack on Feb. 8, 2022; while Al-Nabulsi escaped, three other members of the cell were shot and killed: Adham Mabrouka Al-Shishani, Muhammad Al-Dakhil, and Ashraf Mubaslat.
