Posted text: “Jenin accompanies to [his] wedding (i.e., a Martyr's funeral is considered his wedding to the 72 Virgins in Paradise in Islam) fighting Martyr and Jihad fighter Izz Al-Din Salahat (i.e., terrorist, shot at Israeli soldiers), a son of the Jenin [refugee] camp, and one of the camp’s fighters.

May Allah have mercy on you and receive you, O Izz.

His father is a colonel in the [PA] Presidential Guard, and he is a career officer in the [PA] police.

Izz Al-Din Salahat – Palestinian terrorist, PA police officer, and member of the Al-Aqsa Martyrs’ Brigades (Fatah’s military wing) who shot at Israeli soldiers during a gun battle in the Jenin refugee camp on Jan. 26, 2023. The soldiers returned fire, killing Salahat. The soldiers were in Jenin to arrest a senior Islamic Jihad terrorist and prevent an imminent terror attack. Salahat’s father is a colonel in the PA Presidential Guard.
