Total budget: 2,928,000 Israeli shekels

Goal 1: Strengthening the abilities of 300 of the partner institutions in six channels to develop the children’s skills to carry out activities.

Developing the knowledge of the institutions that are partners in making contact, sport, national and civic education, health and environmental activities, planning, management and assessment of summer camps, plastic arts, handicapped, creative writing, and the ability to develop a generation of young leaders. Advancing the organization of activities by providing the special requirements of the institutions working together with the [National] Committee [for Summer Camps] in the following channels:  summer and winter camps, scouts, handicapped, campaigns, theater performances, and marking national events…
