World Bank gives PA $20 million despite its terror support

Official PA TV newsreader: “[PA] Minister of Telecommunications and Information Technology [Allam Mousa] signed a $20 million agreement supporting digital infrastructure with World Bank Representative in Palestine Kanthan Shankar, in the presence of [PA] Prime Minister Muhammad Shtayyeh.”
