PA cartoon mocks Trump for being sick with the Coronavirus

The cartoon shows US President Donald Trump sitting at his desk with a drip coming from his nose and bubbles rising from his mouth, indicating that he contracted the Coronavirus. To the left is an American flag with the stars replaced by Coronavirus particles, and to the right is a US Department of State flag with the eagle wearing a medical mask. At the top of the cartoon is written in Arabic and English: “Make America Great Again”; the Arabic has an Israeli flag attached to the word “America,” while the “A” in the word “America” in English has an inverse triangle behind it forming a Star of David.
