Distorting events in real time, PA TV reports on lethal car accident as a “new crime carried out by a hate-filled settler” and an “attack”

Official PA TV host 1: “And among the occupation’s crimes, the latest of these crimes, as was made known from the morning’s breaking news, was that two young [Palestinian] people were wounded after they were run over by a settler in the area of Ein Al-Bayda in the Jordan Valley region (refers to a lethal traffic accident -Ed.).”

Official PA TV host 2: “We are bringing this urgent news: a Martyr and two wounded people were run over by a settler in the Ein Al-Bayda area in the northern Jordan Valley… We have these exclusive images… from the site of the incident in which there is a Martyr and two wounded for certain… in a car ramming incident by a settler in the Ein Al-Bayda area in the northern Jordan Valley. The car ramming operation was carried out by a hate-filled settler.”

Host 1: “As you see, these are initial images that arrived a short time ago from the car ramming incident, which caused the death of a resident, a Martyr, and a number of wounded people in this incident [caused] by a settler in the northern Jordan Valley area. These are initial images of this new crime, which are reaching us from the Jordan Valley this morning.”

Host 2: “This is not the first time that an attack is being carried out by the settlers against our people. These are the settlers who are going crazy in our streets, in our territories, in our Jordan Valley, and in our lands, as we see in the image.”
