Official PA TV newsreader: “On behalf of the State of Palestine and on the basis of power of attorney from [PA] Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Riyad Al-Malki, Ambassador of the State of Palestine to the European Union (EU), Belgium, and Luxembourg Abd Al-Rahim Al-Fara signed the temporary European-Mediterranean partnership agreement for trade and cooperation between the EU and the PLO.”
