France, Germany, and the World Bank give the PA $52 million – despite its terror support

Official PA TV newsreader: “In the presence of and under the auspices of [PA] Prime Minister Muhammad Shtayyeh, a $52 million agreement was signed on the project to support the municipalities in fighting the consequences of the Coronavirus epidemic with the support of France, Germany, and the World Bank through the development and loan fund for municipalities.”

PA Prime Minister Muhammad Shtayyeh: “Today a number of agreements were signed worth $52 million that were given – many thanks – by our international partners: France, Germany, and the World Bank. This grant is allocated to support the municipalities. This grant will benefit 158 municipalities that constitute 70% of the residents through the Municipalities Fund. In total, all this money will create approximately 10,000 [job] opportunities throughout Palestine.”
