Palestinian “resistance” is a response to Abbas’ call, says Palestinian official

Official PA TV, special broadcast on violent Arab riots in Jerusalem and Hamas rockets fired from the Gaza Strip

Coordinator of Popular Resistance Committees in Qalqilya Atef Jum’a: “Of course, in response to the call of His Honor our [PA] president, guardian of the principles, Mahmoud Abbas, and in response to the free people of Jerusalem and the residents of Jerusalem, the Qalqilya District with all its components responded to the call, and especially the Fatah branch, which called for a mass procession in which everyone participated. All the factions, the residents of Qalqilya, they all came out together to prove to this occupation entity that popular resistance will remain a thorn in the side of this occupation.”
