Hebrew University and David’s Village in central Jerusalem are “settlements,” says PA TV

Narrator: “Since its occupation of Jerusalem in 1967, Israel has been continuing to establish settlements on the land that it stole from its legal owners. It has established 15 settlements inside the borders of what the occupation authorities call ‘the Greater Jerusalem Municipality,’ and they include: …Hebrew University – it was established on the lands of the village Issawiya and Lifta in 1924, and after 1967 the university’s borders expanded and it was connected to the settlements of French Hill, Givat HaMivtar, and Ramat Eshkol (i.e., Jerusalem neighborhoods)… The settlement project of Mamilla (i.e., a Jerusalem neighborhood), David’s Village – it was established in 1970 west of the Jaffa Gate [of Jerusalem’s Old City], and it was built on a territory of 130 dunams (130,000 square meters -Ed.).”
