Director of PLO Commission of Prisoners’ Affairs Qadri Abu Bakr: “We always say wherever there is occupation there is resistance. In other words, our problem is not even with the prisoners and Martyrs, our problem is with the occupation. If the occupation would disappear from our land, all the problems will end, but if the occupation remains, the procession of the Martyrs, wounded, and prisoners will continue.”
