The cartoon shows an Israeli soldier with a grotesque face and a Star of David on his helmet in a tank with a massive cannon, which is aiming at a Palestinian boy who is picking up a rock, apparently in order to throw it. The soldier is saying “terrorist.”

The cartoon evidently criticizes Israeli opposition to rock throwing, which has been lethal on numerous occasions.
