The images show Palestinians distributing candies in the West Bank and Gaza Strip to celebrate the lethal terror attack.

The image shows a tray of candies with a piece of paper attached to it.

Text on paper: “Students of [Palestine] Technical University – Kadoorie / Al-Aroub [branch] send congratulations over the occupied Jerusalem World Cup (i.e., a reference to recent terror attacks taking place in Jerusalem during the World Cup). Jenin – Nablus – Jerusalem - ??? (“???” apparently insinuates the next attack could be anywhere -Ed.)”

The image shows candies being distributed to a driver, while a PA traffic officer watches on in the background.
