Egyptian Anglican Priest Rifat Fikri: “Palestine is a beautiful land, a land that is precious to all the religions. Jesus was Palestinian and walked the Palestinian lands (sic., Jesus was a Jew according to Christian tradition; the Palestinians have no history prior to the modern period). There is no doubt that we reject any type of oppression, reject all aggression, reject any theft of lands, and we need to fight nonviolently through conversation and negotiation.”
