PA TV quiz erases Israel, Mount Meron is in “Palestine”

Official PA TV host: “What is the highest mountain in Palestine?”

Woman: “[Mt.] Meron (i.e., a mountain in Israel near Safed).”

Host: “Mt. Meron?”

Woman: “[Mt.] Meron.”

Host: “You’re sure?”

Woman: “One hundred percent sure, as sure as I am that you’re standing in front of me.”

Host: “Certainly, correct answer. You’ve won a prize from us of 20 [Jordanian] dinars (i.e., over $28), a gift of the PLO Department of Refugee Affairs.”
