Abbas’ advisor denies Jewish history in Israel: “We are the truth in this land. They are the dream, the invention, the legend, the myth”

Official PA TV broadcast the Friday prayers and a sermon by PA Supreme Shari’ah Judge Mahmoud Al-Habbash from a mosque in Ramallah

PA Supreme Shari’ah Judge Mahmoud Al-Habbash: “They [the Jews] are without a history, without an entity throughout history. They have no existence in this land as an entity in any of the historical periods (sic.). All of their claims are invalid and debunked by the historical facts… Who is the invented people? Who is the invented entity? O you fool! But the liar continues to lie until the people believe him. And afterwards he still lies until he believes himself… We are the truth in this land, and they are the dream and the invention. They are the legend and the myth. We are the fact. For more than 5,000 or 6,000 years we have been in this land, living in it, populating it, and building a civilization in it (sic.).”
