Terrorist murderer “gave all he had for us, for humanity,” says PLO official

Official PA TV, on terrorist Diya Al-Agha – who murdered 1 – beginning his 30th year in prison

Official PA TV reporter: “From here, in front of this site, they will mark the 30th anniversary of the arrest of prisoner Diya Al-Agha (i.e., terrorist, murdered 1), the most veteran prisoner of the Gaza Strip – 30 years of endurance and resolve, 30 years and the mother of prisoner Diya is still waiting for her son year after year.”

They must look in Diya’s eyes in embarrassment, especially because Diya is completing his 30th year of imprisonment. Diya gave all he had for us, for humanity, so that there would be a complete and evident Palestinian entity in the full sense of the word.”

Diya Zakariya Shaker Al-Agha "Al-Faluji" - Palestinian terrorist who beat Israeli citizen Amatzia Ben Haim to death with a shovel in Ganei Tal in the Gaza Strip on Oct. 11, 1992. Al-Agha is serving a life sentence.

Yasser Arafat – Founder of Fatah and former chairman of the PLO and PA. During the 1960s, 70s and 80s Arafat was behind numerous terror attacks against Israelis. Although he received the Nobel Peace Prize in 1994 together with then Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin and then Israeli Minister of Foreign Affairs Shimon Peres “for their efforts to create peace in the Middle East" after signing the Oslo Accords peace agreement, Arafat launched a 5-year terror campaign - the second Intifada (2000-2005) – in which more than 1,000 Israelis were murdered. Arafat died of an illness in 2004.
