The cartoon shows a Palestinian boy wearing a keffiyeh (Arab headdress) standing in front of rubble. A tank is pointing its cannon at him, and another cannon and five missiles are also pointing at him, as is the head of Uncle Sam, who is presented as one of the weapons while saying: “Israel has the right to self-defense.”
