Posted text: “During his participation in the central graduation ceremony of the students at Al-Quds Open University, [Deputy Director of PLO Commission of Prisoners' Affairs Abd Al-Qader] Al-Khatib: ‘We are present among you through the names of our prisoners, their spirit, their cause, and their excellence, in order to emphasize to the world that we love life.’”

A large picture of PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas is seen in the stage backdrop, while in the foreground ceremony participants are standing on stage with posters of terrorists Ahmed Abed, who murdered 1 together with an accomplice, and Islamic Jihad terrorist Majdi Ar’arawi, who was killed during 2023 Operation Home and Garden.
