Palestinian American upon entering Israel, You can call my compatriot a terrorist, but he is a freed

Official PA TV interviews Palestinian-American citizen Mazen Khalil, one of the first Palestinian-Americans to enter Israel directly through Ben Gurion International Airport on his American passport, after Israel changed its policy and allowed direct entry for Palestinian-Americans as part of its efforts to join America’s Visa Waiver Program.

Palestinian-American citizen Mazen Khalil: “If a person carried out an operation (i.e., terror attack) [the Americans] need to think why. Think about the assassinations in Nablus.  [The Israelis] are going and searching for young people and killing them. Of course you can’t keep quiet.  I always say, according to your viewpoint as an American you can call my compatriot a terrorist, but I think he is a freedom fighter, that’s how we see it.”
