PA celebrates terrorist murderer by releasing a film about him

“The [Palestinian] Public Radio and TV Corporation launched the film ‘Karim is Free’ yesterday, Thursday [July 27, 2023], on the occasion of the release of prisoner Karim Younes (i.e., terrorist, murdered 1 together with an accomplice) after he served 40 years in the Israeli occupation’s prisons.

The launch was held at a celebration at the corporation’s building in Ramallah in the presence of [PA] Prime Minister Muhammad Shtayyeh, General Supervisor of the Official [PA] Media Ahmad Assaf, released prisoner Karim Younes, and a number of members of the PLO Executive Committee and the Fatah Central Committee…

Shtayyeh said: ‘We honor released prisoner Karim Younes and all the prisoners, and we thank and appreciate the Radio and TV Corporation and those responsible for it over this extraordinary achievement.’”

Ahmad Assaf also serves as General Supervisor of Fatah-run Awdah TV.

Karim Younes - Israeli Arab terrorist who kidnapped and murdered Israeli soldier Avraham Bromberg in 1980 together with his cousin Maher Younes. Younes was originally sentenced to life in prison, but Israeli President Shimon Peres reduced his sentence in 2012. Younes is serving a 40-year sentence. In May 2017 Younes was appointed by PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas to the Fatah Central Committee. Younes was released from prison on Jan. 5, 2023.
