Abbas’ advisor: PA agrees with Hamas on “resistance” – i.e., terror

PA Supreme Shari’ah Judge Mahmoud Al-Habbash posted a video and text on his Facebook page

Al-Hadath interviewer: “Dr. Mahmoud, what was explicitly said [at the meeting] by Hamas?” 

Mahmoud Abbas’ Advisor on Religious Affairs Mahmoud Al-Habbash: “The disagreement [between the PA and Hamas] is not regarding the resistance as a principle, but rather on the nature of the resistance. When the matter is connected to the nature or the tactics, the gap is not great, because we agree on the principle.”
