Abbas’ advisor: Israel’s “real goal” is to “expel Gaza Strip residents”
PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas’ Advisor on Religious Affairs and Islamic Relations Mahmoud Al-Habbash: “Israel’s goals are not to eliminate Hamas… and not to return the [Israeli] captives (i.e., hostages in 2023 Gaza war). [Israeli Prime Minister] Netanyahu’s real goal is to eliminate the Palestinian cause, expel the residents of the Gaza Strip, and empty it, and then to move on to the West Bank and do the same thing there.”
