International relations expert at Al-Ahram Center for Political and Strategic Studies in Egypt Bashir Abd Al-Fattah: “The truth is that the Zionist thinking about the Palestinians is based on choosing between annihilation and migration. Since the Zionist gangs began to make a place for themselves in the land of Palestine…the approach was always how to clear this land of Arabs so there will be a purely Jewish state and purely a Jewish land. Therefore, they needed either to annihilate the Palestinian Arabs or expel them by force from this land… The goal of completely annihilating the Gaza Strip and leveling it to the ground is so that there will be no dwelling place for the Palestinians and they will be forced to leave.”
