Israel “was created by capitalist West to rip apart the Arab nation” - columnist at PA’s daily

Regular columnist for official PA daily Omar Hilmi Al-Ghoul: “Israel is a state created by the capitalist, British, American, Anglo-Saxon, Francophone West, and others. They created it to divide and rip apart the Arab nation’s unity, and they succeeded by creating [Israel in] Palestine. Therefore, this functional tool, the State of Israel, is a tool in their hands… The Israeli state was meant to defend Israel, aid [the West’s] project to steal monopolistic profits from the Arab wealth, and leave the Arabs [under its] subordination.”
