Top Fatah official: Hamas’ massacre on Oct. 7 was “epic”

Fatah Central Committee Secretary Jibril Rajoub: “Without a doubt a great explosion and earthquake has occurred (i.e., Hamas’ massacre Oct. 7). We are those responsible for taking care of the consequences of this earthquake and turning this epic – which has sacrifices and acts of heroism, but also has tragedies for us and for our people – into an opportunity to end our people’s suffering by ending this occupation (i.e., Israel) … On Oct. 7, they [the Israelis] tried to act as if they were the victims, and they forgot that this is part of a series of destruction and official terror since 1948 until today… Their military conduct on the ground and their media campaign conduct that is based on indoctrination has no precedent except among the Nazis.”
