PA leadership prepares Palestinians to “confront Israel with all forms of popular resistance”
PLO Executive Committee member and Head of the PLO Military and Security Department Saleh Rafat: “The Palestinian people… is resisting all the forms of annexation, all the forms of colonial expansion, and all the forms of Judaization – with all forms of popular resistance. We, as the Palestinian leadership, are now establishing committees in all the cities, villages, and [refugee] camps that will include the political forces, the local councils, and the civil institutions… in order to organize and mobilize our people to lead it in confronting these Israeli steps with all forms of popular resistance.”
