Fatah Jenin District Secretary Mahmoud Hawashin: "We are an unarmed people that wants freedom and independence... We are standing against aggression (i.e., the 2023 Gaza war). This [Israeli] aggression was planned before Oct. 7, [2023] (i.e., Hamas' massacre and launch of its terror war), and its main goal is to expel our people from its land, from the beloved Gaza Strip, on to East Jerusalem and ending with the West Bank."
