Jordanian-Palestinian writer Ahmed Abu Salim: "I turned to the psychology of the Zionist, the psychology that he drew from the book that is sacred to the Zionist (i.e., the Jewish Bible), and I turned to the form of divinity in the book that is sacred to the Zionist... the sacred story upon which the Zionist consciousness is based. This is the foundational story of this consciousness, which instigated all the destruction and all the killing. He enjoys this killing and does not feel pangs of conscience. Why? Because for him, within him, in his experience, in his consciousness, in this core of consciousness, he must kill and he is rewarded for this killing."
