District Governor of Ramallah and El-Bireh Laila Ghannam: "The [Israeli] plan always continues, but now it has become wilder and cheekier in the shadow of the world's silence. We do not say 'silence' but rather this world's 'partnership' with the occupation (i.e., Israel)… America is a partner of this occupation and this killing and it is an accomplice."
