Salam Erekat, daughter of PLO Executive Committee Secretary Saeb Erekat: "Unfortunately, the [ECMO medical] device isn't found in Palestine. Despite my father [Saeb Erekat's] insistence on always being treated in the hospitals of Palestine... I was required to make a decision to go to Jerusalem – Jerusalem, the capital of Palestine. We are currently at Hadassah [Hospital] in order to receive treatment."
