PLO official hopeful Israeli-Hamas deal will release all terrorist prisoners, including those serving life
Director of PLO Commission of Prisoners' Affairs Qadura Fares: "This phase [of the exchange deal] won't include all the prisoners (i.e., terrorists) serving life, in the first stage. We hope that if the deal will be conducted as it should and as was agreed in principle, negotiations will begin on the second stage, and all this will lead towards ending the war and consequently releasing – if not all the prisoners, then most of them. It's likely that there won't remain any prisoners who were sentenced to many years. We hope that all the prisoners will be released."
