PA official: The Israelis “indoctrinate their children to kill the Palestinians”

Tulkarem District Governor Abdallah Kmeil: "It's always the habit of the Israelis to spoil the Palestinians' joy. They don't want the Palestinians to rejoice. They don't want the Palestinian to feel even once that he is living like the rest of the peoples in the world... The occupation state (i.e., Israel) was established on the basis of hatred of the Palestinians. [The Israelis] indoctrinate their children to kill the Palestinians and hate the Palestinians."
