“Historically and religiously” Jews have no rights in the land, David and Solomon “established Allah’s rule” - Egyptian cleric
Egyptian Al-Azhar Cleric Sheikh Yasser Mustafa Younes: "Historically speaking, the Jews have no right to [the land], since historically speaking, they were not the first to settle in it, and there are no remnants of theirs in its territory. Also religiously speaking, the Muslims have full ownership because even the prophets whom [the Jews] falsely and deceitfully attribute to themselves entered Palestine only according to Islamic law, according to the Islamic religion. David and Solomon, when they established a kingdom, they established Allah's rule according to Allah's religion, meaning they ruled it in the name of Islam and not in the name of the Jews or the Jewish religion… The Jewish existence on the land of Jerusalem ended in 135 CE, and they had no political or settlement connection [to Jerusalem]. This was their last exit until they came by force as occupiers in 1947 and established the occupying entity state on the ruins of the State of Palestine."
