"[PA] Minister of Foreign Affairs [Varsen Shahin's] Aide on UN and its Organizations Affairs, Omar Awadallah said that Israel is violating all the rules of international law…
He noted the political, legal, and diplomatic activity led by the Palestinian leadership to combat the war of annihilation, starvation, and uprooting in the Gaza Strip (refers to Hamas' Oct. 7 war on Israel; see note below -Ed.), the colonialists' war against our people, and their crimes in the West Bank, including Jerusalem – which constitutes a comprehensive war against the geography and demography.
Awadallah noted the importance of the reports being prepared [by the PA] on the colonialism and crimes of the occupation (i.e., Israel), such as the report of the [PA-controlled] Committee to Resist Settlements and the Wall that will be submitted to all the international bodies including the international courts (i.e., ICC), which have begun to act by issuing arrest warrants against several Israeli war criminals."
