Involvement of the Palestinian entities with the ICC

Official PA TV reporter:

"An important legal development is expected tomorrow in The Hague, where a formal complaint will be filed with the International Criminal Court regarding the severe violations of human rights, including systematic torture and deliberate starvation, which are considered war crimes under international law... The complaint to be submitted to the International Criminal Court is not limited to what is happening in the occupation's (i.e., Israel's) prisons, but also includes the use of starvation as a weapon against civilians in the Gaza Strip and the perpetration of genocide contrary to all international customs and conventions."
