Jenin Governor says Israel “dominate[s]” Palestinians “by stealing their heritage and customs”

"District Governor of Jenin, Talal Dweikat, said… that the Israeli occupation, after occupying Palestinian land in its entirety and part of [surrounding] Arab lands, felt that it was incapable of carrying out its aggressive plans to change the Palestinian landmarks and to blur the national identity, so it began planning to dominate the Palestinian people by stealing their heritage and customs."
