USAID funds soccer stadium named after Martyr Salakh Khalaf (Abu Iyad), planner of Munich Olympics massacre
"On the 28th of this month, teams from Jenin and Tulkarem will inaugurate the Martyr (Shahid) Salah Khalaf football field… that was established recently at the cost of over half a million dollars, sponsored by USAID."
Note: Terrorist Salakh Khalaf (Abu Iyad) was a founder of Fatah and head of the terror organization Black September. Attacks he planned included the murder of two American diplomats (March 1, 1973), as well as the murders of 11 Israeli athletes at the Munich Olympics (Sept. 5, 1972).
In June 2004, PMW published a report demonstrating the deficiencies in US anti-terror laws, which allowed the Palestinian Authority to use US money to finance projects that promote terror, glorify terrorists, and sponsor anti- American activities. PMW recommended six changes in US law in the report, five of which passed Congress three weeks later. Click here to view full report
