PA daily calls Israel “the 1948 territories”

“Head of the 'Help Our People in Syria' campaign, Muhammad Shtayyeh, officially announced the launch of the campaign, as instructed by President Mahmoud Abbas… Shtayyeh called upon our people in the 1948 territories (i.e., Israel) and to Palestinians in other countries to offer assistance to this campaign and to take part in it."
